We are seeking a driven and experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our clients award-winning team, specialising in the finance sector (perm). Responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise in recruitment to identify and attract top finance professionals, matching them with exciting career opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate expertise in the marketplace and contribute to marketing initiatives such as networking events.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique staffing requirements, providing tailored solutions and strategic advice.
- Ensure that other team members meet targets through weekly meetings and reviews as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years as a successful recruitment consultant specialising in the finance industry, with a deep understanding of finance roles and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
- Strong networking abilities to expand your candidate pool and client base, leveraging various channels and platforms.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
