If you have experience in either Perm or Contract then this role is for you. You will experience a boutique environment with rapid career progression opportunities. What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in 360 recruitment, ideally within Life Sciences or a similar market
- Driven by career progression and earning potential
- Consistent track record of hitting individual targets
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates
- Professionalism and resilience in fast-paced environments
Experience:
- 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience
- Experience in opening new accounts and delivering into them
- Recognised internally and externally as an expert within your Practice area/industry sector
- Demonstrated success in business development
- Ambition to succeed in a competitive yet high-integrity environment
