Edmund & Evans are an award-winning Rec2Rec who are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our clients' award-winning team based in London. If you have experience in either Perm or Contract then this role is for you. You will experience a boutique environment with rapid career progression opportunities. What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven background in 360 recruitment, ideally within Life Sciences or a similar market
  • Driven by career progression and earning potential
  • Consistent track record of hitting individual targets
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates
  • Professionalism and resilience in fast-paced environments

Experience:

  • 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience
  • Experience in opening new accounts and delivering into them
  • Recognised internally and externally as an expert within your Practice area/industry sector
  • Demonstrated success in business development
  • Ambition to succeed in a competitive yet high-integrity environment
