Edmund & Evans are seeking a seasoned 360 Senior Contract Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of establishing and expanding a Contracts division for our client, a leading player in the technology sector. This role focuses on leveraging existing relationships with senior technology clients in the permanent sector to spearhead growth in the contract market. You'll be surrounded by £1M billers with the opportunity to work abroad in a variety of offices should you wish.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to post-placement support.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates in the senior technology space.
  • Work on a mix of retained and contingent contracts.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and attend industry events.
  • Drive new business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market mapping and headhunting within specific candidate pools.
  • Lay the groundwork for future team expansion.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with a focus on contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.
