What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be trained to become a specialist headhunter, placing top-tier talent into investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers and trading technology businesses across global markets - EMEA, North America, APAC and LATAM. This is an opportunity to fast-track your career and earnings in a firm that values intelligence, integrity, and drive over bravado. You’ll be working on retained mandates, exclusive searches and multi-hire projects worth six figures and up - not CV-spamming or high-street recruitment.
