Base Pay

£28,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (take‑home up to £500,000 in 5 years).

Responsibilities

You’ll be trained to become a specialist headhunter, placing top‑tier talent into investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers and trading technology businesses across global markets – EMEA, North America, APAC and LATAM. You will work on retained mandates, exclusive searches and multi‑hire projects worth six figures and up – not CV‑spamming or high‑street recruitment.
