Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: Year 1: £60,000–£80,000 | Year 2: £100,000+ | Year 3: £150,000+

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching markets and mapping senior talent
• Reaching out to and interviewing senior professionals
• Writing candidate reports and client insight documents
• Supporting the full executive search process
• Attending internal and external meetings with clients and stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 or above from a top university
• Confident, articulate, and commercially aware
• Comfortable speaking with senior professionals
• Excellent written communication skills
• An interest in business, finance, or leadership
• Ambitious and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
