What your day looks like:
- Attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates
- Communicating through various methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, emails, telephone calls, etc to your candidates and clients
- Writing engaging, eye-catching job adverts to attract the right candidates for opportunities
- Maintaining a high level of organisation throughout
- Proficiency in administrative skills
- Business development, managing your own clientele; all whilst increasing your earning potential
