  • A degree-educated individual with a 2:1 or higher

  • Sports background to a good level would be an advantage

What your day looks like:

  • Attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates
  • Communicating through various methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, emails, telephone calls, etc to your candidates and clients
  • Writing engaging, eye-catching job adverts to attract the right candidates for opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation throughout
  • Proficiency in administrative skills
  • Business development, managing your own clientele; all whilst increasing your earning potential
