Our well‐known and respected client is seeking experienced Senior and Principal Recruitment Consultants to join their successful Accounting & Finance team. They have some of the most compelling opportunities in the market currently.

Collaborating with the divisional Director to establish a clear vision and strategy for the desk, with measurable milestones to track performance

Motivating others to achieve strategic goals

Contributing to the team\’s strategic direction, from recruitment to market analysis

Cultivating and demonstrating expertise in the specialised sector and market

Fostering a positive and adaptable culture of change, inspiring passion and commitment within the team by leading from the front

2+ years of prior experience

Demonstrated success in agency recruitment

Proficiency in business development

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
