Edmund & Evans are partnering with a specialist executive search firm that works with leading businesses across autonomous vehicles, electric mobility, laser technology, advanced engineering and high-tech manufacturing throughout the UK, Germany and the United States.
This isn't high-volume recruitment. You'll be identifying specialist professionals for businesses working at the forefront of innovation, with placement fees ranging from £20,000 to over £300,000.

What you'll be doing
From day one, you'll work on live executive search assignments across the automotive and high-tech sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Headhunting specialist professionals across the UK, Germany and the US
- Building relationships with senior candidates working in cutting-edge technology markets
- Supporting clients on high-value recruitment projects
- Learning executive search from experienced consultants
- Progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role as you develop
