The opportunity:
This is a full 360 Graduate Recruitment Consultant position where you will learn how to manage the entire recruitment process while building your own specialist market within CleanTech and Sustainability. You will work closely with experienced consultants and directors who will support your development from day one, giving you genuine responsibility, structured training and direct exposure to clients and senior candidates.
The role will involve:
- Building relationships with clients and senior-level candidates
- Learning business development and client management
- Headhunting and sourcing specialist talent within sustainability and energy markets
- Researching market trends and mapping talent within niche sectors
- Managing recruitment processes from introduction through to offer stage
- Writing job adverts and supporting candidate attraction campaigns
- Attending networking events and industry meet-ups
- Developing long-term partnerships within a growing international market
