What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertising live vacancies and sourcing high-quality talent
- Interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Learning business development and account management
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen market
No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided from day one.
