The Role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants. You'll:

  • Source and engage high-quality finance professionals
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Support live recruitment projects with leading Financial Services clients
  • Interview and assess candidates
  • Manage recruitment processes from shortlisting through to placement
  • Develop specialist market knowledge
  • Progress towards managing your own clients and vacancies

About You

We're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy working with people and want to build a successful commercial career. You'll ideally have some customer-facing or sales experience through hospitality, retail, estate agency, events, sport or another commercial environment. You'll be:
