The Role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants. You'll:
- Source and engage high-quality finance professionals
- Build long-term relationships with candidates
- Support live recruitment projects with leading Financial Services clients
- Interview and assess candidates
- Manage recruitment processes from shortlisting through to placement
- Develop specialist market knowledge
- Progress towards managing your own clients and vacancies
About You
We're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy working with people and want to build a successful commercial career. You'll ideally have some customer-facing or sales experience through hospitality, retail, estate agency, events, sport or another commercial environment. You'll be:
