This is a trainee-level opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to start a long-term career in recruitment. You will work closely with high-growth technology businesses across the UK and internationally, in an environment focused on quality, market knowledge and long-term relationships rather than volume.
The role
You will join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and receive structured training from day one. You will:
- Source and engage candidates within the GTM technology market
- Build professional relationships
- Learn the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Progress into a full 360 consultant role as you develop
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where effort and performance are recognised and rewarded.
