The role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Speak to candidates and understand their career goals

• Match people to suitable roles

• Support companies with hiring

• Write job adverts and screen CVs

• Prepare candidates for interviews

• Build long-term client relationships

• Work towards targets and earn commission on every placement

Over time, youll learn how to run your own desk like a business.
