The role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive full training and develop the core skills needed to run a recruitment desk. You will:
- Speak with candidates about career opportunities
- Identify and attract talent through advertising and direct approaches
- Support clients with hiring needs
- Screen CVs and manage interview processes
- Write job adverts and manage live vacancies
- Build long-term client and candidate relationships
- Work towards targets and earn commission on placements
