Edmund & Evans are working with a growing Executive Search firm that offers a clear pathway from Researcher to Consultant, with early exposure to international, senior-level hiring.
The business works exclusively on retained mandates, focusing on senior and leadership hires across the UK, Europe, the US and APAC. This creates a more strategic, consultative environment, where quality and delivery take precedence over volume.
Growth has been consistent, and the Research function is central to that success. It is a deliberate starting point, designed to build deep market knowledge, strong candidate networks, and the core skills required to progress into a Consultant role. Many of the firm's top billers and managers have progressed through this pathway.
You will join the Research team, supporting the delivery of retained executive search assignments while developing the foundations of a successful recruitment career. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed market mapping and business research
- Identifying and engaging senior candidates across international markets
- Supporting Consultants on live retained search projects
- Building knowledge across specialist sectors and client organisations
- Developing long-term relationships with high-calibre candidates
You will gain early exposure to search strategy, project delivery, and senior-level hiring processes. Progression into a Consultant role is structured and typically achieved within 12-18 months, with increased responsibility and earning potential.

- A commercial mindset and interest in business
- Resilience and a proactive approach to work
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A clear motivation to progress and build a high-earning career
Experience in sales, customer service, or office environments is advantageous but not essential.
