What You'll Do
- Answer calls and emails professionally.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare documents, letters and reports.
- Keep company records and databases up to date.
- Schedule meetings and manage diaries.
- Process paperwork, invoices and purchase orders.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and site teams.
