We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Receptionist / Service Advisor to become the welcoming face and key point of contact here at our busy, customer-focused workshop in Danderhall. This is more than a front-desk role; you'll be central to creating a positive client experience and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Receptionist / Service Advisor - The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking in customers and jobs (full training provided)
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and care
  • Preparing estimates and managing customer accounts
  • Confirming lead times and updating customers on progress
  • Managing internal invoicing queries
  • Ordering parts and supporting the workshop team
