We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor for a full-time, hybrid position based in Newmarket, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role will involve managing a varied caseload for private clients, which includes:
- Providing expert advice on legal matters
- Drafting legal documents
- Handling client queries
The Private Client Solicitor will also work collaboratively with other teams to address client needs and deliver professional legal services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, with proven ability to manage a range of legal cases effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of Conveyancing processes and Commercial Real Estate law
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law, to provide well-rounded advisory to clients on workplace matters
- Experience in Family Law to address sensitive personal legal matters with discretion and care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- A legal qualification and accreditation enabling the ability to practice law in the United Kingdom
