Electrical Engineers – all levels from Intermediate to Principal

Qualifications

  • HNC/D or degree in relevant field (degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ post graduate design experience in consultancy or contracting.
  • Understanding of current building regulations.
  • Understanding of the construction industry design and procurement process.
  • Understanding of IET wiring regulations 18th Edition.
  • Experience using Auto CAD, Revit, IES and Hevacomp (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving licence, with unrestricted use of a car to enable site visits.
  • Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
  • Role Purpose

We are expanding our northern based M&E team and are now seeking Electrical Engineers at all levels – Intermediate to Principal, to help us in the delivery of exciting new project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for individual projects.
  • Prepare outline and detailed designs for tender (specification and drawings).
  • Prepare technical reports.
  • Undertake surveys and detailed calculations.
  • Direct liaison with clients and contractors.
  • Attend project and design team meetings (office and site).
  • Management Support
  • Provide management of and/or technical support to Senior members of the team in the day to day running of the office.
  • Comply with our Policies, Procedures and Quality Management Systems.
