Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management is at an early stage of building its private wealth capital‑raising capability and is seeking a commercially driven professional to help establish and grow this channel from the ground up. This role is designed for a commercially minded professional with a strong interest in private markets and capital raising, who is willing to be hands on—from preparing materials to chasing meetings—and who wants to grow with the platform as the private wealth capability scales.

The primary objective of this role is to help create momentum in the private wealth channel, combining high‑quality investor presentations and product communication, and proactive business development and relationship building across Family Offices, private banks, and wealth managers. This is an execution‑led role, suited to someone comfortable working without extensive existing processes, and motivated by the opportunity to build something new rather than inherit a finished platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Private Wealth Engagement familiarity with cross‑border investor dynamics is an advantage
  • Exposure to private wealth clients, including Family Offices, private banks, or wealth managers, either directly or in a supporting role
  • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic; comfortable working in a lean environment and building processes from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver clear, credible investor presentations, translating investment strategies into compelling client‑facing narrative – strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable with proactive business development, including outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building without an established pipeline or team
  • High energy and resilient, with a willingness to take meetings, chase momentum, and iterate based on feedback
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across investment, product, and distribution stakeholders
