Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial cladding & roofing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your technical knowledge and leadership can drive projects to successful completion?
We\’re working with a well-established roofing and cladding subcontractor specialising in commercial roofing and cladding systems across Scotland\’s Central Belt. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they\’re now looking to appoint a capable and driven Site Manager to join their team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you\’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability are maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial flat roofing projects from pre-start through to completion
- Liaise with main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee site teams, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Monitor budgets, health & safety compliance, and material orders
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve problems swiftly
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial flat roofing projects
- Background working with or for a specialist subcontractor
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (e.g. single ply, built-up felt, liquid coatings)
- Solid understanding of health & safety and building regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
- Circa £50,000-£60,000 salary (depending on experience)
- Car allowance or vehicle
