A leading North East construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its growing operational team following the award of a number of significant projects across the region. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a residential housing development in Stonehaven. The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the construction process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site activities from groundworks through to project completion
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Driving programme performance and achieving key project milestones
