As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be heavily involved in the financial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the commercial performance of construction projects
- Producing monthly Cost/Value Reconciliations
- Ensuring valuations are maximised and payments received on time
- Monitoring site progress and issuing contractual notices where required
- Preparing and managing cost and value forecasts
