We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a 10-week project based in Pitlochry, overseeing roofing and cladding works on a live construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with strong roofing and external envelope experience to join a busy project team and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day roofing and cladding operations on site
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with HSE regulations
- Monitoring programme progress and reporting to Project Management
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards
- Managing site paperwork including RAMS, permits, and daily records
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and operatives throughout the project
Requirements
- Previous experience managing roofing and cladding packages
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage programme deadlines and site safety effectively
