Site Manager | 27th July Start | 3 Week Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate-start contract to oversee the completion of a live roofing project.
Due to additional works being added to the programme, our client requires a Site Manager for a further 3 weeks to successfully deliver the remaining works and manage the site through to completion.
The Role
- Oversee the installation of a built-up liquid coating system to a church roof.
- Manage and supervise a team of 2 to 3 operatives on site.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate the successful demobilisation of the site, including the removal of scaffolding, welfare facilities, and all temporary site infrastructure.
- Maintain site records and liaise with the project team to ensure a smooth project completion. Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects.
- Strong health and safety knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site close-out activities.
- Relevant Site Management certifications (SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred). Start Details
