A leading North East construction contractor is experiencing a period of exceptional growth following the award of a significant volume of new work across Scotland. With a robust order book and a diverse portfolio of projects secured for the coming years, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support its continued expansion. The Role

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget. You will provide leadership across several project teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the construction process.

  • Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from inception through to completion
  • Providing leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Managers and site teams
  • Ensuring projects achieve programme, commercial, quality and safety objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Monitoring project performance and driving operational excellence
  • Supporting commercial teams with contract management, risk mitigation and cost control
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards

About You
