We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established roofing and cladding contractor delivering projects across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing roofing and cladding packages from site set-up through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Role
- Managing roofing and cladding projects across multiple sites
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across all works
- Monitoring programme deadlines and project progress
- Conducting quality inspections and snagging
- Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and daily reports
- Liaising with clients, contracts managers, and suppliers
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience managing roofing & cladding projects
- Strong knowledge of external envelope systems
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
