Storesperson (Permanent) – Falkirk – £14.50 per hour | £21.75 per hour overtime – Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
EDM Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Falkirk for a permanent Storesperson to join their team. This is a hands-on, varied role offering stable weekday hours, consistent overtime and long-term job security.
Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out regular stock checks
- Managing the site laundry system
- Ordering, issuing and controlling PPE stock
- General yard duties, ensuring a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Collecting and delivering hire equipment
- Collecting and dropping off company vehicles
- Booking goods in and out of the stores system
- Receiving deliveries and checking goods against delivery paperwork
- Supporting day-to-day site operations with general stores duties
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or yard-based role (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Basic IT skills for stock control systems
- Reliable, flexible and proactive attitude
- £14.50 per hour basic rate
- Overtime paid at £21.75 per hour
- Permanent position from day one
- Monday to Friday working hours
