We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fire stopping and refurbishment project based in Falkirk. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a hands-on manager who can keep programmes tight, paperwork sharp, and trades moving like a well-oiled forklift ballet.
The Role
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live refurb project
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Coordinating fire stopping activities and general refurbishment works
- Maintaining site health & safety standards and site documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams to keep progress on track
- Ensuring quality standards and programme deadlines are met
Requirements
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects
- Fire stopping project experience preferred
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
