Are you a Structural Engineer with experience in precast concrete design looking to join an innovative and growing organisation? Our client, a well-established and highly respected specialist within the construction and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their expanding technical team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of large-scale structural projects, taking responsibility from initial design through to manufacture and site installation.
Working closely with senior management, project teams and production departments, you will play a key role in delivering safe, practical and commercially effective engineering solutions while contributing to the continued development of industry-leading products and processes.
The Role
- Producing structural calculations and technical designs for complex precast concrete projects.
- Delivering designs from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with current design codes, building regulations and industry standards.
- Ensuring structural stability throughout manufacture, lifting, transportation and erection.
- Producing accurate engineering drawings and technical documentation.
