A well-established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its growing operations team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality, and health & safety standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the successful delivery of industrial and commercial new build projects
- Manage multiple site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance, commercial reporting, and programme management
- Ensure high standards of quality control and compliance across all sites
- Support and mentor Project Managers and Site Managers
- Drive strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities
