The London EDITION’s Berners Tavern restaurant is looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Brigade under the direction of Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton. The role is full-time, based at 10 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NP.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Sous Chef, Head Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional contemporary British cuisine.
- Support the senior chef team by managing and training junior chefs and ensuring smooth operation of all kitchen sections.
- Create and refine new dishes to maintain the restaurant’s award-winning standard.
- Be an expert across all kitchen sections and uphold the highest quality and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Stable work history with visible management experience.
- Fine-dining background in awarded restaurants or a 5* hotel.
- Talented, creative and eager to grow within an international brand.
- Willingness to work in an environment that encourages pride and excellence.
