Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team. In this role you will be a fundamental member of the front office team in the hotel, working with the Front Office, Kitchen, Bars, Room Service and Security to ensure our guests feel cared for during the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be our guests’ main point of contact
- Be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Process payments
- Respond to guest requests and queries
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Has prior experience as a hotel receptionist, luxury experience considered a plus
- Understands the impact of their job in the overall guest experience
