Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen
  • Fine dining experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • You have a positive 'can do' attitude
  • You are passionate, driven, organised and punctual

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Assist in supplying the highest possible standard of food to guests at all times and guide other team members as and where necessary
  • Prepare the night dishes from the Room Service menu, Night Bar food menu and provide additional support to the main kitchen as required
  • Create MEP for the following day and preparing employee food for night shift workers
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved
