We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Floor Supervisor – Berners Tavern to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As a Floor Supervisor – Berners Tavern you will:

  • Thrive off a busy service.
  • Oversee a section in the restaurant: taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments.
  • Lead the Head Waiter/ress, Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of food, drink, and allergens.
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Communicate clearly with management and the kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience.
