We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Assistant Head Concierge to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, tours) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the Head Concierge with supervision of the team and administration.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Is an expert in the surrounding area and enjoys trying the newest hot spots.
