We are looking for an engaging and driven Head Bartender to join our team at the London EDITION. The London EDITION is a globally recognized luxury hotel that offers an outstanding culinary and beverage experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and specialty drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well.
- Engage with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.
Qualifications:
- A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge.
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
