We are looking for someone who loves to connect with people, who interacts in an authentic and sophisticated way and ensures our guests leave with lasting memories of their stay at the London EDITION. Responsibilities:

  • Be the first and last person our guests interact with when visiting The London EDITION
  • Help guests from the moment they arrive until they reach their room, assisting with luggage and settling them so that they feel at home with us
  • Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests unique and fabulous options to make the most of their time and their visit
  • Make recommendations to each guest so their experience in the hotel is unique and memorable
  • Deliver a 5‑star luxury service personalised to each and every guest

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
