Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Bars Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the internationally acclaimed Lobby Bar and Punch Room.
- Lead and motivate a team, maintaining a high team focus through cooperation and support.
- Manage floor and guest flow throughout our bars.
- Thrive in a busy high‑volume environment, remaining flexible and responding quickly and positively to changing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Natural ability to build relationships with people and a true passion for nightlife, food and drink, and most importantly, our guests.
- Strong understanding of service, with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional drinks knowledge.
- This role is hands‑on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
