We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Higher‑Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team to support our children with their learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
  • Promote pupils’ independence, self‑esteem and social inclusion
  • Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement

Contract Type: 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Hours: 20 HLTA hours and 12.5 TA hours Monday – Friday 8:30‑3:45. Term time only (39 weeks/year)

Salary: Scale 8 – £26,823.74 / Grade 2 – £24,412 Pro Rata (please be aware this is the full time equivalent, not the actual salary).
