Our environment is dynamic and supportive, encouraging team members to take initiative, innovate, and continuously grow. We believe that achieving a positive work-life balance is key to driving innovation and success. Our flexible working options—including hybrid working, flexible hours and a work from anywhere policy—empower our team to perform at their best.

The Opportunity: We're looking for a Senior GTM Operations Manager to own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day operation of the systems and processes that power EDITED's entire go-to-market motion. This is the senior operator who decides how marketing, sales, and customer success should run on their tooling and data — and rolls up their sleeves to build it. You'll own the GTM tech stack, design the processes that connect marketing, sales, and CS, and translate business strategy into the systems, reporting, and insight leadership relies on to make decisions.

Sitting in Marketing but operating across the full revenue org, this is an individual contributor role: you set the play and you run it. It's ideal for someone who wants real ownership and autonomy over an entire GTM ops function without the overhead of managing a team — the kind of operator who's as comfortable defining an attribution model as they are building the workflow behind it.

What You'll Own (Strategy & Systems):

  • Own the GTM operations strategy and roadmap — define how EDITED's revenue tech stack and processes should evolve to support pipeline growth, retention, and an enterprise sales motion at scale.
  • Design and architect systems and processes from business needs — not built around any single tool — then drive the build, rollout, and adoption across marketing, sales, and CS.
  • Own the lead lifecycle end to end: capture, scoring, routing, and handoff, including the SLAs and shared definitions that keep marketing, sales, and CS aligned.
  • Own marketing and revenue attribution — define the model, protect the data integrity behind it, and turn it into insight leadership can act on.
  • Serve as the analytics and reporting owner: decide what the business should measure, then build the dashboards and reporting that answer it across marketing, sales, and CS.
  • Lead tool evaluation, integration strategy, and vendor management across the GTM stack, balancing capability against a lean budget.
  • Establish data governance and operational standards — documentation, SOPs, and system architecture that scale beyond any one person.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, CS, finance, and product leadership on GTM planning, process alignment, and the operational inputs to forecasting and pipeline strategy.

What You'll Do (Execution & Day-to-Day):

  • Run day-to-day HubSpot administration – workflows, data integrity, lead capture, list management, and Full Hub features across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub.
  • Build, test, and optimize HubSpot workflows that support pipeline growth, retention, attribution, and clean lead handoff between marketing, sales, and CS.
  • Maintain and refine lead scoring models in HubSpot so sales gets routed the right leads based on buyer intent.
  • Set up and manage webinars in Demio, including registration, integrations, and post-event data flow back into HubSpot.
  • Administer Gong (our sales outreach/call intelligence tool) – user setup, configuration, and ongoing admin.
  • Maintain the Pendo platform with support from engineering, keeping product usage data connected and reporting-ready.
  • Maintain data integrations across HubSpot, Gong, UserGems, Pendo, Slack, and PandaDoc, keeping data accurate and connected across systems.
  • Execute emails and outreach in HubSpot, Gong, and UserGems based on messaging direction from marketing and sales leadership.
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards on marketing, sales, and customer success performance.
  • Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve the speed and quality of operational execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in GTM, revenue, or marketing operations, including hands-on experience owning systems and processes end to end – not just administering them.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise; Full Hub experience strongly preferred, including workflows, lead scoring, and attribution reporting.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize GTM systems and processes from business needs, then drive adoption across marketing, sales, and CS.
  • Experience owning the lead lifecycle, attribution, and reporting for a B2B SaaS company, ideally one scaling an enterprise sales motion.
  • Experience with Gong, UserGems, Pendo, Demio, Slack, PandaDoc, or comparable tools – but you're tool-agnostic and design for the business, not the tool.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach: setting strategy and doing the hands-on build yourself, without a team beneath you.
  • Comfort using AI tools like Claude to move faster and be more efficient.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication – able to translate between business strategy and system execution, and to advise leadership.
  • High agency and low ego – you're energized by owning an entire ops function, keeping systems clean and data connected, and giving revenue teams the speed to win.
