Job Overview: We are currently looking for a talented retail professional to manage our new Liverpool showroom. As the Showroom Manager, your primary focus will be to operate and grow the Liverpool location while providing an exceptional experience for every customer who visits. You will work closely with the UK Sales Manager and collaborate with other showrooms as required.
Day-to-day, you will guide customers through the shopping process, take measurements, provide style advice, and ensure that every customer who walks through the door receives a 5-star experience. You will be responsible for maintaining company standards, driving sales targets, and overseeing the operational needs of the showroom.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive KPIs to meet revenue expectations
- Take client appointments and assist walk-in customers
- Oversee all daily operational duties including but not limited to: managing the client appointment calendar, opening and closing the showroom, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ordering supplies, and coordinating shipping and receiving of customer garments
- Balance appointment management with assisting retail walk-in customers
- Ensure every customer experience is 5-stars by delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest professional standards
- Manage escalated customer cases in collaboration with the Customer Care team and the UK Sales Manager
- Provide feedback to improve showroom performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager on process improvements and showroom operations
- Uphold company procedures, ensuring consistency in service delivery
Your Profile:
- 5+ years’ experience in fashion retail, preferably menswear or luxury
- Previous experience managing store operations or working autonomously is preferred
- Sales-oriented personality, target & KPI driven
- Self-starter with a strong solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
- Strong technology skills: Apple products, Google Workspace, and proprietary systems
- Professional, businesslike, polite, and mature
- Strong interest in fashion and customer interactions
- Experience with Made-to-Measure (MTM) or custom tailoring is a strong advantage
