We've got an interesting opportunity available with our client in Berkshire. Working with a friendly and knowledgeable team of R&D and QA personnel, you will write, update and maintain a suite of documentation for current, future, and Legacy products.
This role will suit you if:
- You're a technical author with at least five years of documentation experience.
- You have a background/solid understanding of broadcasting or networking technology. Alternatively, a strong background in another highly technical engineering or hardware environment would also work.
- You have experience of MadCap Flare.
- You're comfortable asking questions and gleaning technical information from various stakeholders in an ever-evolving, quickly changing environment.
- You enjoy hands-on work with technical hardware.
- You're looking for a part time role - this opportunity is a 3-day week contract.
- You'll need to be able to work onsite in our client's Berkshire office, although occasional working from home can be accommodated if required.
This is an initial six month contract with very likely extensions. Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate will need to work via an umbrella company.
