We are seeking a full-time Residential Care Worker to join our team in the Greater Stoke-on-Trent Area. This is an on-site role where you will provide high-quality care, support, and supervision for children and young people in line with their individual care plans. Daily tasks include helping with personal development, facilitating educational or recreational activities, and ensuring the physical and emotional safety of the children entrusted to your care. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, fostering positive relationships, and providing a stable and supportive environment that promotes recovery and growth.
Qualifications
