Edison Smart is partnered with a global leader within the digital security and IoT solutions industry who is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute business development strategies to expand IoT Connectivity and Track & Trace presence in Northern Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in logistics, telecoms, and IoT-driven enterprises.
- Effectively showcase and explain IoT connectivity solutions, eSIM technology, asset tracking, telematics, and sophisticated track & trace platforms in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Monitor industry trends, analyse competitive dynamics, and identify new opportunities for growth in supply chain, logistics, and telecoms sectors.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record in driving growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales objectives in IoT, telecommunications, logistics, or tracking and traceability solutions.
- Extensive understanding of mobile connectivity, SIM and eSIM solutions, IoT platforms, with preferred experience in asset tracking and telematics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Salary: £75k base salary
