Comp: Competitive base + uncapped commission (50/50 split)

We're supporting a high-growth cybersecurity vendor as they scale their UK sales organisation and hire multiple Account Executives with national territory ownership. This is a hands-on closing role for sellers who understand how to sell security platforms, own their territory, and consistently deliver against quota within the UK market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning a defined UK territory and driving net-new logo acquisition
- Selling a cybersecurity platform and solutions to CISOs, Heads of Security, SOC leaders, and security teams
- Running full-cycle sales from prospecting through to close
- Managing MEDDICC / MEDDPICC-led enterprise and mid-market deals
- Building pipeline through outbound, events, partners, and in-person meetings across the UK
- Working closely with SEs and leadership to win competitive deals
Essential Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven experience selling a cyber platform or closely aligned SIEM / SOC / security analytics solutions
- Demonstrated success in cybersecurity SaaS sales within the UK market
- Strong track record of quota attainment
- Comfortable selling technical, value-led security solutions
- Experience selling to UK mid-market and/or enterprise customers
- Ability to own and run a UK territory independently
- Strong understanding of the UK cyber landscape (channel ecosystem, MSSPs, major enterprise accounts)
- Experience selling into SOC, MDR, SIEM, NDR, XDR, or cloud security environments
- Channel or partner-led sales exposure
- Background in high-growth or scale-up vendors
