Senior Engineering Manager

I am working with a prestigious, historic, public sector business that is currently looking to add a Senior Engineering Manager to fundamentally lead the smart buildings integration of their 5 site campus throughout the city.

They would love someone with the following:

• Proven experience in managing engineering operations within complex building environments with the ability to analyse problems strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in smart building technologies and their implementation, including building management systems, IoT integration, and data analytics.
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of contract management in the field of engineering and FM service provision.
• Experience in project management, particularly in the implementation and integration of new technologies within existing building infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of building services, preventive maintenance strategies, and energy management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences effectively.
• Relevant building services engineering degree.
