We are currently working with a highly respected, independent BMS specialist delivering complex building automation projects across London. They have built a strong reputation in the market for quality delivery and long-term client relationships, particularly across commercial offices, high-end developments, and technically demanding environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a BMS Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.

The Role:

  • End-to-end management of BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover
  • Ownership of programme, budget, and commercial performance
  • Managing engineers, subcontractors, and specialist partners
  • Acting as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting design coordination and resolving technical challenges
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget

  • Proven experience delivering BMS / Building Controls projects
  • Strong knowledge of systems such as Trend, Tridium (Niagara), or similar
  • Solid understanding of HVAC and building services integration
