Edison Smart® is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function from London, with strategic input on equity raises and debt architecture for a growing fintech platform. The role sits on the Executive Committee and partners with the CEO and Board to drive capital strategy and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.

The CFO will oversee FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and audit, while building relationships with international investors, banks and regulators.
